Project Overview
Rising Tide founder, Mendy Green, came to us in 2023 after he had recently started his MSP consulting business and decided it was time to step away from Wordpress templates and poor stock photos. Working as a consultant for MSPs, it was clear to us that Rising Tide needed to convey professionalism and authority through its branding. We soon realised that this meant not only redesigning the website, but creating a complete brand and implementing this across all customer touchpoints, including ticket templates, proposals, and their Halo customer portal.
The name Rising Tide speaks to the company's ethos, but by no means is it an easy name to create a logo that's equally as symbolic. It took us multiple iterations but the end result was a powerful, iconic brand identity that guided the design process throughout the subsequent stages of the project.
Charlie was fantastic to work with, was able to work with me to nail down something I found very hard to put into words and came out with a great end result. I received many compliments and had many people ask me who I used. Would use Charlie again anytime :)
