Reinventing the identity of a growing MSP

First of all, what a great team to work with! The gals and guys at Everound were open out-of-the-box thinking and working with them felt like being part of their team.

Everound came to us a the beginning of 2024 in a moment of growth when they knew that their old Wordpress templated website wasn't going to help them achieve their goals. Through multiple sessions we discovered that Everound's primary market is the construction industry so we knew that this had to be reflected both in the content and the design of their website. They also expressed a desire to demonstrate professionalism while still showing that there are real people being their brand. With these discoveries our work was cut out for us. We needed to tarde out the stock photos for professional photos of their offices and staff, and we needed clean, professional designs that resonated with the construction industry.

After making a few improvements on their existing logo we began working on their new brand guide: their centre of truth for all things customer facing. We defined everything from fonts and colours, to tone of voice and values. This also served as a way to confirm the direction we were going in before beginning work on the site.

It took us 2 weeks to prepare the website designs and write up all the copy, and another 2 weeks to develop and optimise the site in Webflow. This project also required a heavy focus on technical SEO because we were migrating their old site and, most importantly, their blog from Wordpress. The migration went smoothly and the result was a far superior search-engine optimised site.

To finish off the project we also created custom designs for the emails in their ticketing system, as well as a complete redesign of their proposals.
